I've never been someone who fits neatly into one box—and that's exactly what drives my work. This website is a collection of the work, ideas, and ventures that inspire me. A little about me...I'm a former NCAA D1 basketball player and currently a talent strategist, creative, player development lover, and entrepreneur. Throughout my career, I've been drawn to environments where I can solve meaningful problems, build relationships, and help people realize their full potential.​ Professionally, I've worked in talent acquisition, attraction, and early careers strategy, partnering with organizations to identify exceptional talent and create pathways for future leaders.

 

My unique perspective is a big driver for me. Athletics has taught me discipline, resilience, and how to perform under pressure. My art and creative ventures teach me empathy, storytelling, and the courage to see the world differently. Together, those experiences continue to shape the way I lead, create, and connect with others.

At my core, I'm endlessly curious. I LOVE learning—whether that means diving into a new industry, exploring emerging ideas, studying leadership, or creating something from scratch. I believe creativity and strategy aren't opposites; they're the most compatible partners. The best solutions often come from asking better questions, embracing different perspectives, and staying open to what can be possible.
